PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The company KTC International s.r.o. processes your personal data because it is necessary for the performance of a contract that you conclude with us in connection with the production, delivery, or installation of doors, kitchens, and other custom-made furniture (or for taking measures adopted prior to the conclusion of the contract). We also process personal data that are necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations.

2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The legal basis is:

processing necessary for the performance of a contract between you and the controller or for taking measures prior to the conclusion of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);

processing necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations, in particular under the VAT Act, the Income Taxes Act, and the Accounting Act (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The purpose of processing is:

performance of a contract relating to the production, delivery, or installation of custom-made furniture and doors;

actions prior to the conclusion of a contract (offer, communication, measurement, preparation of documentation);

fulfillment of the controller’s legal obligations.
The controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making pursuant to Article 22 GDPR.
4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
We process personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period necessary to fulfill archiving obligations imposed by law. Data are not stored longer than required by legal regulations.
5. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Recipients may include:

persons involved in the production, delivery, or installation of the order (e.g. carriers, installation technicians, accounting services);

providers of IT services – operation of websites, e-mail, or data management systems;

The controller does not intend to transfer data outside the EU.

Providing the data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract. Without these data, it is not possible to carry out the order.
